Objective: To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities combined with Clinical Nursing Pathway (CNP) model nursing in reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia after gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods Select 100 patients who received gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from August 2019 to March 2020, and divide them into control group and experimental group (using QCC activities combined with CPN nursing group) according to time, and compare the occurrence of hypoglycemia Rate. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the experimental group was 4%, which was lower than 16% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The goal of this circle is 6.1%, the actual control is 4%, and the control target has been achieved. Conclusion QCC activities combined with CPN model nursing can help prevent hypoglycemia in patients after gastrointestinal endoscopy.
