Objective: This paper discusses the physiological and psychological effects of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and dance fitness training, and compares the training results and differential factors. Methods: A total of 60 students were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. The study group used high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and the control group used dance fitness training. After 5 weeks of training, the difference factors between the two groups were analyzed, and the physiological, psychological skills and satisfaction scores of the study group and the reference group were compared and analyzed. Results: The indexes of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group, with significant difference (P<0.05). The total score of students' satisfaction in the reform group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The study group obtained better research data using high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which had a positive impact on physiology and psychology. The comprehensive research data was significantly higher than that of the reference group, which was helpful for students to better play their professional skills and show their higher sports quality in the future. The introduction of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in the future physical education has very important teaching value, and it is worthy of wide promotion and application in the physical training classroom. However, the reference group was better than the observation group in several measures, including agility, body flexibility, and posture. This also reflects that the effect of using dance fitness training is also relatively good, and good results have also been achieved in some training aspects. Therefore, according to the advantages of the two groups of different training methods, teaching and training can be carried out according to different needs.
