Abstract

Objective: This paper discusses the current status and influencing factors of clinical nurses' knowledge, attitude and practice on post-stroke depression, so as to better guide clinical nurses to deal with and use drugs correctly, carry out routine and humanized nursing work in the process of carrying out treatment, not only look at the surface condition of athletic patients, but also pay attention to the treatment and recovery of athletic patients. To minimize the occurrence of various depression in athletic patients. Methods: From March 2022 to March 2023, 150 clinical nurses who participated in the trial were selected to investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of clinical nurses on post-stroke depression by questionnaire survey. Results: Through the investigation of the status quo and influencing factors of KAP of clinical nurses on post-stroke depression, it is not difficult to find that the knowledge level of KAP of clinical nurses on post-stroke depression is insufficient. Among them, the investigation of the status quo of KAP of clinical nurses on post-stroke depression is generally relatively worrying, at a medium and low level. The scores of attitudes and behavior were also in the lower middle level, and the lower middle level accounted for the largest proportion, with a score of 190 (63.75) and 90 (30.19), respectively. However, there are many basic influencing factors for post-stroke depression, or there is a subjective will that does not pay attention to this aspect of knowledge, and at the same time does not pay attention to how to better relieve psychological depression for athletic patients. From the survey, it can be seen that many nursing staff have not participated in the corresponding professional and technical training, and there are still some deficiencies in nursing awareness and attitude. Conclusion: In this study, there was a weak correlation between attitude and behavior (r=0.356, P < 0.05), which also reflected that good assessment attitude usually affected assessment behavior at a certain time, but there was no direct relationship with attitude or knowledge. And there are some discrepancies with the general survey results of knowledge, attitude and practice. The statistical results of single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a certain relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of clinical nurses. However, the correlation analysis results between knowledge, attitude and behavior dimensions were not consistent with expectations, which also showed that there was only an unclear weak correlation or no correlation between knowledge, attitude and behavior dimensions. In general, the status quo of knowledge, attitude and practice related to post-stroke depression and its influencing factors have a great relationship with knowledge and attitude. In view of the fact that the knowledge level of clinical nurses is at a medium and low level, it is necessary to strengthen the training, study and assessment of clinical nurses, improve the comprehensive knowledge level and ability of clinical nurses, and enhance their comprehensive practical ability. And to improve their nursing belief and personal ability.
