This study is based on Internet of Things (IoT) medical services and machine learning techniques, which were used to create a platform for evidence-based community mental health services. To better understand the community health medical staff's level of mental health literacy and apply the evidence-based practice, this study examines the mental health literacy of its members. The theory to raise the level of mental health literacy of community health workers is a source of information. The combination of medical and mental health evidence-based practice provides solutions for building a comprehensive, scientific and effective health system. The fundamental idea of community service mental health services is consistent with the evidence-based practice concept that was developed in the medical and clinical fields. It believes that the effective mental health service in the community should include three aspects: the first is the effective "evidence database"; the second is the psychological service team construction with evidence-based practice ability; the third is the effective interpretation of the service object. A total of 125 individuals were chosen from a list of participating community health workers in five urban areas, and 125 electronic questionnaires were distributed via the questionnaire star to them. It was found that after the community mental health service based on the Internet of Things, the mental health score of the community health workers was notoriously higher than before the service (P <0.05). 86.40% (108/125) of the workers who participated in the satisfaction survey after the community mental health workers received the evidence-based practice service were pleased with it. A more scientific and efficient mechanism needs to be established for community health workers who provide mental health services on a long-term, professional basis. It is based on the Internet of Things and evidence-based medicine, which community health workers use to provide mental health services organically. Let's combine the Internet of Things, psychological research findings, and mental health service delivery to create a community health work plan and practice process that effectively addresses the psychological distress experienced by community health service personnel and raises mental health standards.
