The article selected 16 basketball players from the School of Athletic Sports of a sports university as the test subjects of this study, formulated a targeted test program, took the test data as the main entry point, and used mathematical statistics to analyze the characteristics of isokinetic muscle strength of trunk and lower limb joints of basketball players. As the angular velocity increases, the peak torso flexor-extensor moments show a decrease in the phenomenon, and there is also a significant difference between the two (P<0.05). When the angular velocity increased, the index value of isometric muscle force characteristics of lower limb joints (hip, knee, ankle) showed a decreasing trend, which satisfied the significance condition of P<0.05. To summarize, it reveals the relationship between isometric muscle strength characteristics of trunk and lower limb joints under different angular velocities, and provides theoretical basis for muscle rehabilitation and sports training of basketball players.
