Abstract

Based on the perspective of sports medicine, this paper takes 20 adolescents aged 12-18 years old as the samples of this study and equally distributes them into the experimental group and the control group. Literature method, expert interview method, experimental method, and mathematical and statistical method were used to study the effects of Taekwondo education on adolescents' bone density and bone development. It was found that the control group and the experimental group, satisfy significant difference (P<0.05) in bone density and bone development, which indicates that Taekwondo exercise can improve bone density and bone development rate of adolescents. This study to understand the effect of taekwondo training on bone metabolism of students in puberty and late puberty provides some theoretical basis for fitness exercise, improvement and enhancement of bone metabolism and prevention of osteoporosis in adolescents.
