Abstract

Taekwondo is a high-intensity sport that requires athletes to have excellent physical fitness and movement skills. Bouncing resistance training is a method of using elastic resistance training to stimulate muscle growth and strength enhancement by generating vibration waves during muscle contraction. This training method not only enhances muscle strength and endurance, but also improves the body's coordination and stabilization ability. In this paper, with reference to the growth pattern of muscles and bones in adolescents, we propose the consideration of resistance training prescription for adolescent taekwondo and design the application strategy of elastic-vibration resistance training in taekwondo training. Total proteins were extracted from skeletal muscles before and after taekwondo exercise training, and the concentration of the extracted proteins was determined using the BCA method. Compared with the pre-training, MYL-2 protein expression was higher after the bouncing resistance taekwondo training, P<0.01. The bouncing resistance taekwondo training had the best enhancement effect, and the difference in balance ability with the experimental groups A and B was 1.0111 and 0.661, respectively, and the P-value was P=0.0001 and 0.0278, respectively, which was significant, indicating that bouncing impedance-based Taekwondo training is better than the experimental group A and experimental group B for the subjects' specialized balance training, and it promotes the balance ability of adolescents.
