THE SUPPORT PATH OF LARGE PUBLIC HOSPITALS TO PRIMARY MEDICAL SERVICES AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF ITS NEW MODEL OF MOUNTAIN AND SEA COLLABORATION

In order to optimize primary healthcare services and meet the health needs of grassroots people, this paper aims to explore the effective path for public hospitals to support primary healthcare services. Aiming at the impact of the development of public hospitals to support primary medical and health services and the problems encountered, it is proposed to adjust the urban and rural hospitals to support the implementation of the policy process model, and to rely on the medical assistance project, based on the connotation of different levels of transformation of knowledge, designed to public hospitals to help the practice of the path of medical assistance. Combining the existing experience of the Shanhai Collaboration Project to innovate the Shanhai Collaboration Model of Primary Medical Collaboration, embodied as a new attempt to reform the medical security system. Set up a group-type helping team to carry out long-term helping mechanism. Analyze the development data on the level of primary medical and healthcare services, regional medical and healthcare service synergy, and the health of the grassroots population after the implementation of the helping project. Evaluating the implementation of the support work of public hospitals and primary hospitals, both the supporting hospitals and the recipient hospitals received high scores of 85 or more, and the feasibility of the implementation of the support work of the two hospitals is recognized. The path of public hospitals supporting primary healthcare services can be further promoted.
