Taekwondo sport is a comprehensive physical activity using both fists and feet, which achieves the effect of strengthening the body through a variety of blocking defense of the upper limbs and the coordination of various footwork and legwork of the lower limbs. The article took the abdominal obese adolescent patients admitted to SH People's Hospital as experimental subjects, and set up a taekwondo exercise intervention group and a blank group of conventional training, and compared the body shape, body composition, cardiopulmonary, pancreatic and vascular functions of the two groups of subjects, so as to verify the specific effects of taekwondo exercise on the obese adolescents to reduce body fat and promote cardiovascular health. It was found that the BMI and body fat percentage of the subjects in the exercise group were significantly different (P<0.05), and the WHR had a very significant difference after the exercise intervention (P<0.01). The fat content of the subjects in the exercise group decreased from 26.28±3.48 kg before the intervention to 23.25±3.38 kg after the intervention, which was a significant difference compared to the blank group (P<0.01). Compared with the blank group, the IMT and Crouse plaque score of the exercise group decreased significantly, and FMD increased significantly, and the magnitude of change in the exercise group was better than that in the blank group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Therefore, the application of taekwondo sports to the treatment of obese adolescents can significantly reduce their body fat and promote cardiovascular health in obese adolescents, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease associated with obesity.
