IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INNOVATIVE TALENT CULTIVATION MODEL INTEGRATING INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVES AND LOCAL EDUCATIONAL STRATEGIES IN AN ATHLETIC TRAINING PROGRAM

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to integrate international perspectives and local education strategies to explore how to build a sports dance talent cultivation model that adapts to the development needs of the times and is innovative. Based on the definition and characteristics of sport dance and its development status, the connotation and requirements of innovative talent cultivation and the integration of sports and medicine are clarified. Analyze the health promotion programs in three developed countries, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan, including the typical cases of the United States Sports Health Promotion Guidance Service Platform and the United Kingdom Sports Referral Program, and refine their core concepts, implementation strategies, and effectiveness evaluation information. Meanwhile, we collate and analyze the relevant policies issued by China in recent years in the field of sports-medicine integration, and analyze the policy background, objectives, and measures. Summarize the main modes of sports-medicine integration in China, combine them with the actual situation, and point out the limitations of the current innovative talent cultivation mode for sports dance majors in terms of demand orientation, governmental pulling strength, resource allocation, and practical ability. It is proposed to clarify the cultivation goal, strengthen the governmental guidance, optimize the resource allocation and improve the practical ability, and perfect the evaluation system, so as to build a more perfect innovative talent cultivation mode, improve the comprehensive quality and international competitiveness of sport dance talents, and promote the globalization development and localization innovation of sport dance movement.
