Abstract

Wushu is an important part of Chinese culture, a product of creative transformation and innovative development of traditional wushu, and wushu trainers shoulder the mission of spreading wushu technology and culture. This paper proposes a training monitoring strategy in the process of wushu national training under the perspective of sports medicine. After collecting the ECG and EMG signals of wushu training players through the bioelectric acquisition system, the training fatigue characteristics in the signals are proposed, and the LSTM model and softmax function are used to evaluate the fatigue level of players during the training process, and assist the coach in adjusting the training strategy. To achieve the optimization of wushu national traditional training program and improve the training effect of wushu players. It was found that after 10 months of practice, the average scores of Wushu players who applied the optimized training strategy in the dimensions of reduction of achievement in Wushu training decreased significantly compared with those before practice, and there was a significant difference between the scores of the players under the traditional training strategy (P=0.021<0.05). Meanwhile the emotional/physical exhaustion and negative training evaluation scores of the players in the optimized training group were reduced. The optimization scheme of wushu national traditional training proposed in this study can effectively prevent the physiological and psychological fatigue of wushu players, and it is helpful for coaches to establish considerable wushu training goals.
