Abstract

By examining the existing research on pulmonary hypertension symptom clusters, summarizing the specific assessment instruments and associated studies, and suggesting avenues for further inquiry, we can offer guidance for the clinical identification and establishment of symptom clusters, develop scientifically sound and effective nursing interventions, and progressively advance the clinical implementation of "precision medicine" for patients with pulmonary hypertension. This would gradually advance the clinical implementation of "precision medicine" in patients with pulmonary hypertension, enhance symptom management efficacy, facilitate patients' overall bad symptom experiences, and elevate quality of life.
