Abstract

Introduction: Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is a management approach designed to consistently enhance the quality of products, processes, or services. Contribution, trust, respect, communication, teamwork, accountability, empowerment, and acknowledgment are all encouraged amongst employees at all organizational levels by the CQI method. In healthcare settings, particularly inpatient departments and private clinics, patient satisfaction with prompt, high-quality treatments are important. CQI is an indicator of high-quality services in the health industry.  Objective: This study aims to analyze the processes used by radiology nurses and improve patient satisfaction using CQI. Method: The present study employed standardized questionnaires to evaluate patient satisfaction survey data and divided the data into two groups: Group A (with CQI interventions) and Group B (without CQI interventions). The data was analyzed using statistical tests such as t-tests, ANOVAs, and descriptive statistics to determine the significance of observed changes in patient satisfaction and performance metrics. Result: The result indicates a significant improvement in patient satisfaction scores, with marked enhancements in perceived care quality and communication effectiveness. By comparing the Group A and Group B data, can evaluate the efficiency of the Group A strategies in civilizing patient satisfaction and radiology nursing processes. Conclusion: This study highlights the value of continuous assessment and quality improvement in healthcare by underscoring the efficacy of CQI in improving radiology nurse procedures and the overall patient experience.
