Abstract

The application of biomechanics in martial arts is to adjust the biomechanical parameters such as force, torque and energy involved in the movement process. Biomechanical analysis can reveal the internal mechanism of motor skills, help athletes to optimize movement skills, master the magnitude and direction of forces in different parts of the body, and the magnitude and variation rules of joint torque. This helps to understand the stability, balance and other characteristics of the movement, so as to obtain the information of muscle activation mode, power generation ability, muscle length and speed, which is of great significance for improving the athletic performance ability of athletes and avoiding sports injuries.
