Abstract

At present, the commonly used treatment methods of chronic refractory wounds of diabetes are wound healing under the control of basic diseases, local application of healing-promoting drugs, vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) and autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP). In this study, PRP combined with VSD was used to investigate its effect on chronic refractory diabetic wounds, and the effect of combined treatment on the level of inflammatory factors was analyzed. In this study, the combined treatment significantly improved the overall response rate and wound closure index, reduced the pain score and inflammatory factor levels of patients, and did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions in patients. It is suggested that PRP combined with VSD in the treatment of chronic refractory diabetic wounds can accelerate the elimination of local wound inflammatory response, help to promote wound healing and reduce the pain of patients.
