Objective: To explore the anesthetic effect of language wake-up combined with video dispersion method in pediatric surgery patients and its influence on stress response. Methods: A total of 120 pediatric surgery patients from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and an observation group by envelope method, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were given language wake-up and video dispersive nursing. The effects of patients in the two groups were evaluated three days after operation, and the anesthesia effect, stress response, recovery process and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The OAA/S scores at intubation, immediately after operation, and at extubation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Three days after anesthesia, both groups were accompanied by different degrees of stress reaction, but the levels of NE, Cor and AngII in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of spontaneous breathing and the time of opening eyes in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of anesthesia method, service attitude, anesthesia effect, preoperative interview and communication skills in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 3 days after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusions: Language wake-up combined with video dispersion method can obtain good anesthesia effect in pediatric surgery, with less stress response, faster recovery process, and higher satisfaction of children's family members, which is worthy of promotion and application.
