Abstract

With the passing of the epidemic, the country is gradually liberalizing its economy. The economic recovery and slow development have made the current market competition faced by medical platforms more and more pressure, for which medical platforms are looking for the direction of reforming themselves. Human resource management is particularly important for the development of an enterprise or medical platform, and the self-development of human resources requires a human resource management evaluation system to constantly look for problems, identify them and solve them. However, a simple HRM assessment system alone can hardly meet the needs of multifaceted assessment as well as big data processing, while artificial neural networks can easily process big data and link the indicators in the assessment system easily for overall analysis. In this paper, we hope to study the artificial neural network for the construction of human resource management evaluation system of medical platform from the perspective of medical platform. The main steps are to select the indicators of human resource management evaluation system, select three medical platforms for investigation through indicators, and then process them through artificial neural network, and finally organize and collect data to analyze this. The purpose is to help medical platforms develop better by constructing the evaluation system of human resource management of medical platforms, strengthening the management for medical personnel, guiding the development direction of hospital personnel, and promoting the development of individuals as well as medical platforms.
