Abstract

There is a growing body of evidence suggesting the potential efficacy of Chinese traditional health exercises in relieving anxiety and depression, however, most studies have small sample sizes and inconsistent findings. In order to obtain more accurate and high-quality clinical evidence, therefore, this study evaluated the methodological quality and reporting quality of the systematic evaluation of Chinese traditional health maintenance exercises for anxiety and depression through Meta-analysis, so as to provide a reference for improving the clinical effect, research quality and systematic evaluation quality of Chinese traditional health maintenance exercises for anxiety and depression. The aim of this study is to further explore the specific efficacy of Chinese traditional health maintenance exercise on individual anxiety and depression, and to provide high-quality evidence for the promotion of exercise prescription of Chinese traditional health maintenance exercise for the treatment of anxiety and depression.
