Abstract

Objective: This study evaluates the impact of computer-assisted teaching methods on the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the understanding of socialist development history among sports professionals. Methods: It integrates diverse teaching techniques and digital resources to create an engaging educational environment. By employing advanced educational technologies, such as virtual classrooms and interactive multimedia, the study aims to foster a deeper understanding and critical thinking among students in these subjects. Results: Preliminary findings indicate improved engagement and comprehension in ideological and political education. The use of interactive timelines, scenario-based learning, and online discussions has particularly enhanced students' grasp of socialist development history. Conclusion: The application of computer-assisted teaching methods has significantly enriched the educational experience in ideological and political domains, proving particularly effective in sports education environments where traditional engagement might lag. These methods have not only improved understanding but have also increased students' enthusiasm and participation, indicating a promising direction for future educational strategies in combining sports with comprehensive educational goals.
