Operation norms, procedures, and standards were developed through field research within the medical consortium, followed by training and assessments to ensure adherence. Personalized service agreements were implemented to cater to individual patient needs, enhancing the role of various organizational levels. Results: Post-implementation data indicated significant improvements in nursing quality, chronic disease management by nursing staff, and patient satisfaction, with notable statistical differences compared to pre-implementation metrics. Conclusion: The application of integrated nursing management in rural medical settings leverages the resources of general hospitals effectively.
