Objective: To study the effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on NB patients induced by SCI through meta-analysis. Methods: By searching Chinese and English databases, the research on the effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on NB induced by SCI was selected, and the literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The NB patients treated with low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training had significantly better micturition and urodynamics, with RR values of 0.78 and 3.17, 95%CI 0.63~0.96, 2.58~3.89, P < 0.05], and bladder dynamic score was significantly higher, with RR values of 2.44 and 95% CI 1.62 ~ 3.68, (P<0.05). Conclusion: Low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training can help improve the micturition and urodynamics of NB induced by SCI, and improve the bladder dynamic score.
