In order to explore what behaviors can be taken to effectively prevent ankle sprain in basketball training, and the impact of rehabilitation training on the recovery speed of the injured after sprain, this paper selected 15 athletes to carry out warming up with different intensity and speed and uses static posture assessment to analyze the lowest injury rate (that is, the most suitable) warm-up method. Forty injured individuals who had already suffered ankle sprains during basketball training or competition were selected and divided into two groups. One group served as the control group, while the other group served as the observation group. The control group received only the most basic treatment and care, that is, ice and hot compress, and then rested in bed. In addition to this, the observation group also needed to conduct scientific rehabilitation training based on physical condition and recovery level. Finally, after all injured patients recovered, their ankle joint function score and complete recovery time should be counted. In the comparison of damage prevention, strength 4 and strength 5 were the most suitable warm-up strength, and slow warm-up was the most suitable warm-up rate. In the comparison of rehabilitation training, the observation group had a higher ankle joint function score and a faster complete recovery time than the control group (P<0.01). The risk of ankle sprain in basketball could not be avoided 100%, but it could be prevented through warming up with appropriate intensity and speed. After an athlete was unfortunately injured, in addition to basic recuperation such as ice compress, hot compress, and rest, scientific rehabilitation training was also needed. The three-dimensional method of prevention and treatment could ensure the physical health of athletes and was worth promoting and applying in basketball sports.
