This article aimed to investigate young dancers’ athletic injuries, analyze their causes, and find an effective prevention and treatment method, so as to provide relevant medical supervision and theoretical guidance for dancers to reduce or avoid their athletic injuries. This paper selected 40 college students from two international standard schools, that is, provincial sports dance school and municipal sports dance school, including 20 men and 20 women. The age range was from 15 to 24 years old, and the Delphi method and questionnaire survey method were used to compare the injury rates of different age groups. 15-18 years old accounted for 43%; 18-21 years old accounted for 32%; 21-24 years old accounted for 16%. As age increased, the injury rate would decrease. This paper was helpful to provide a reference for the prevention of international standard injuries.
