Abstract

This article investigates the design and application of a cloud-supported product packaging system tailored to sports tourism and cultural merchandise. Leveraging the robust capabilities of cloud platforms, the system aims to enhance the stability and responsiveness of packaging operations. Through user surveys and interviews, we assessed consumer expectations and preferences related to sports tourism products, focusing on packaging materials, features, and color schemes. Feedback was actively incorporated to refine the packaging designs, ensuring they resonate well with target consumers. Preliminary user reactions were overwhelmingly positive, although some areas, such as graphics and patterns, were identified as needing further enhancement, scoring only 6 points compared to 9 points for internal layout in our satisfaction survey. By applying strategic marketing methods, the packaging system effectively presents cultural and creative products, improving consumer engagement and satisfaction within the sports tourism sector. This approach not only enhances the visual appeal of sports-related merchandise but also plays a crucial role in enriching the overall experience of sports tourists.
