CULTURAL FACTORS AFFECTING TEAM COHESION IN BRAZILIAN FOOTBALL
Abstract
This study determines the cultural elements that support cohesiveness within Brazilian football teams. Brazil's ardour for football, defined by a great love of the game, is the foundation for close relationships between players. The research based on primary data analysis to determine that the research used smart PLS software and generated informative results, including descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient analysis, also a smart PLS Algorithm model. On the pitch, solidarity is adoptive by the well-known samba style of play, which promotes creativity and collaboration. Strong bonds and networks of support among teammates are another result of Brazil's emphasis on social cohesiveness, diversity, and inclusion in football teams. Through conquering obstacles, players develop resilience and flexibility, which they use to fortify their relationships and tackle hardships as a team. Coaches may effectively substitute team cohesiveness by providing leadership and mentoring that prioritizes communication, teamwork, and a common goal. Brazilian football teams are an example of a cohesive squad that may achieve amazing success on the international scene because of these cultural dynamics. The overall research found a direct and significant link of cultural factors affecting team cohesion in Brazilian footballs. Encouragement team cohesiveness and improving performance in Brazilian football and other sports requires understanding these cultural elements.
